Certification Standard

This course is certified by Global Wind Organisation (GWO). Successful participants receive the applicable GWO WINDA training record for the completed module.

Target Audience

Personnel working in the wind industry who have duties in a wind turbine environment and who may be required by their employer to perform or lead advanced rescue operations.

Prerequisites

Participants must be medically fit and capable of fully participating in the training. Participants must have a personal WINDA profile and provide their own WINDA ID before completion of the training. Participants must hold a valid GWO Nacelle, Tower and Basement Rescue initial training record and valid GWO BST Working at Heights, GWO BST First Aid and GWO BST Manual Handling training records. If the relevant ART training record has expired, the participant must attend the full initial module.
